PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information monitoring system that weights important events of death, spasm, and bed-leaving in order to more accurately obtain biological information such as a respiration frequency, a heart rate/pulse rate, and waveforms thereof on the basis of signals from a bed-leaving sensor and a biological information collection sheet, and makes it possible to determine the important events quickly and with little erroneous determination before warning.SOLUTION: A biological information monitoring system includes: a bed-leaving sensor installed under a mattress a biological information collection sheet installed under the mattress and a monitoring device that, on the basis of a signal from the bed-leaving sensor and a signal from the biological information collection sheet, monitors a users bed-leaving/on-bed state and biological information. The monitoring device determines the users bed-leaving/on-bed state on the basis of the signal from the bed-leaving sensor determines the existence of an important event on the basis of a mixed signal from the biological information collection sheet and, when it is determined that the user is in an on-bed state and no important event exists, reports various types of biological information obtained by performing calculation processing on the mixed signal from the biological information collection sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 離床センサ及び生体情報収集シートからの信号に基づいて、呼吸数や心拍・脈拍数並びにそれら波形等の生体情報をより正確に得ようとした上で、死亡、発作、離床の重要事象をウェイト付けし、これら重要事象を迅速且つ誤判定少なく判別して警報できるように工夫した生体情報監視システムを提供すること。【解決手段】 マットレスの下に設置される離床センサと、マットレスの下に設置される生体情報収集シートと、離床センサからの信号及び生体情報収集シートからの信号に基づいて使用者の離床/在床と生体情報を監視する監視装置とからなる生体情報監視システムにおいて、監視装置は離床センサからの信号に基づいて使用者の離床/在床を判定し、生体情報収集シートからの混在信号に基づいて重要事象の有無を判定し、在床且つ重要事象無しと判定した場合に上記生体情報収集シートからの混在信号を演算処理して得られた各種生体情報を報知するもの。【選択図】図1
