The present invention relates to a method for transmitting biological data, and a medical diagnostic patch providing the method. The method for transmitting biological data according to the present invention comprises the following steps: receiving power supply through a communications module from a terminal； determining whether or not the power is a threshold value or higher by measuring the power through a power measuring module； measuring a biological signal through a sensor by supplying the power to one or more sensors when the power is the threshold value or higher； and transmitting the biological signal through the communications module. By measuring the biological signal only when measured power is the threshold value or higher, a measurement error which can occur by the shortage of power, can be prevented.본 발명은 생체 데이터의 송신 방법 및 그 방법을 제공하는 의료 진단 패치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 생체 데이터의 송신 방법은 단말로부터 통신 모듈을 통해 전력을 공급받는 단계, 전력 측정 모듈을 통해 전력을 측정하여 전력이 문턱값 이상인지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 문턱값 이상의 전력이 공급되는 경우, 전력을 하나 이상의 센서로 공급하여 센서를 통해 생체 신호를 측정하는 단계, 통신 모듈을 통해 생체 신호를 단말로 송신하는 단계를 포함하고, 측정된 전력이 문턱값 이상인 경우에만 생체 신호를 측정함으로써, 전력 부족으로 인해 발생될 수 있는 측정 오차를 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
