PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation mirror which is enabled to avoid injury of a user himself or another person due to the safety confirmation mirror, even in the case where a user overturns while the user falls down while using a movement auxiliary machine having the safety confirmation mirror attached thereto, or where the safety confirmation mirror abuts against another body or another person, and another body from being damaged.SOLUTION: A mirror 5 is held, while exposing only a mirror plane, by a mirror holding frame 2, and this mirror holding frame 2 is turnably and rotatably supported by a pedestal 3. This pedestal 3 is mounted on a moving auxiliary machine such as a chair wheel 16, a walker 17 or a drip infusion stand 18 thereby to dispose the safety confirmation mirror 1, and the mirror holding frame 2 and the pedestal 3 are individually made of elastomer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】利用者が安全確認ミラーを取り付けた移動補助機を使用中に転倒した場合や、安全確認ミラーが他物体や他人とぶつかった場合であっても、安全確認ミラーによって利用者自身や他人が負傷したり、他物体が損傷することを回避できるようにした安全確認ミラーを提供する。【解決手段】ミラー５を鏡面のみを露出させてミラー保持枠２により保持し、このミラー保持枠２を台座３によって傾斜および回動自在に支持させ、この台座３を車椅子１６、歩行器１７、点滴スタンド１８などの移動補助機に取り付けることにより安全確認ミラー１を設置し、ミラー保持枠２および台座３のそれぞれをエラストマー製にした。【選択図】図１
