According to an aspect of the present invention, an information and communications technology (ICT) based customized greenhouse management system includes a greenhouse operation server, a greenhouse integrated controller, a sensor, a driver and an ICT terminal. The greenhouse operation server receives weather information and crop cultivation information from an external server, receives cultivation environment information of the greenhouse and sensor data from the greenhouse integrated controller, and creates a control command for controlling the driver. The greenhouse integrated controller controls the driver using the control command created by the greenhouse operation server, creates greenhouse cultivation environment information using the sensor data collected from the sensor, and transfers the sensor data and the greenhouse cultivation environment information to the greenhouse operation server. The sensor measures sensor data of the internal environment, external environment and root zone environment of the greenhouse and transmits the measured sensor data to the greenhouse integrated controller. The driver is driven according to the control command received from the greenhouse integrated controller.
