PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible printing medium suitable for print formation by a printer while considering securing of hygiene.SOLUTION: An edible printing medium has 3 sheet laminating structure including an edible sheet 31 consisted by an edible material, a first packing sheet 32 provided on one side of a thickness direction of the edible sheet 31 and comprising an edible ink layer 32a on the surface of the other side of the thickness direction, and a second packing sheet 33 provided on another side of the thickness direction of the edible sheet 31.
