PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vildagliptin-containing pharmaceutical composition capable of improving the influence of dispensing environment, preservation environment, etc., in particular, decrease in the stability of vildagliptin due to the influence of high humidity； a method for stabilizing vildagliptin in pharmaceutical composition； and a stabilizer of vildagliptin.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a vildagliptin-containing pharmaceutical composition comprising vildagliptin and at least one selected from the group consisting of mannitol, lactose, and corn starch.
