An anti-adhesion film manufacturing method and an anti-adhesion film formed body provided with high flexibility are disclosed. The anti-adhesion film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: providing at least one high molecular polymer raw material to dissolve in a sodium hydroxide solution to form a substance and then adding 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether to uniformly mix with the substance to form a mixture injecting the mixture into a die to form a film after being cooled then performing a gradient dehydration to the film and finally drying the film to manufacture an anti-adhesion film with high flexibility. The disclosed anti-adhesion film formed body provided with high flexibility, which is manufactured by the anti-adhesion film manufacturing method, not only has high flexibility and mechanical strength, but also can be folded and curled to reduce the volume so as to be conveniently implanted into a wounded organism. The disclosed anti-adhesion film formed body can immediately restore elasticity and shape thereof when being contacted with a body fluid or a normal saline solution, capable of being effectively attached to a wound with lesser detachment and decomposing in the organism.一種具有高柔韌性之抗沾黏薄膜製法及成形體,包括:提供至少一高分子聚合物原料溶解於氫氧化鈉(Sodium hydroxide)溶液中,並接著添加1,4-丁二醇二縮水甘油醚(1,4-Butanediol diglycidyl ether)與上述物質混和均勻形成混合物;將上述混合物注入膜具冷卻形成薄膜;接著將上述薄膜進行梯度脫水;最後將上述薄膜烘乾而製成具有高柔韌性之抗沾黏薄膜。本發明所製成具有高柔韌性之抗沾黏薄膜成形體,不但具有高柔韌性質、機械強度,亦可折疊、捲曲縮小體積便於植入受傷之生物體內,當該成形體與體液或生理食鹽水接觸後,可立即回復彈性與形狀並有效貼附傷口不易脫落,並於生物體內分解。
