The present invention relates to a method for producing surface-modified exosomes and the like, and according to the method for producing the surface-modified exosomes according to the present invention, various cell surfaces such as cancer cells, stem cells and the like are modified through metabolic glycoengineering and bioorthogonal coppper-free click chemistry to isolate isolated exosomes therefrom, and ultimately, it is possible to provide the exosome having increased stability by modified surface and having a cancer cell-specific target function while containing a physiologically active substance derived from a donor cell. Therefore, the exosomes produced by the method according to the present invention can also be usefully used for prevention, improvement, or treatment of cancer.본 발명은 표면이 개질된 엑소좀의 제조방법 등에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 엑소좀 제조방법은 대사당쇄조작(Metabolic glycoengineering)과 생물 직교성 부동 클릭화학(Bioorthogonal coppper-free click chemistry)을 통해서 암세포 및 줄기세포 등의 다양한 세포 표면을 개질하여, 그로부터 단리된 엑소좀을 분리함으로써, 궁극적으로 공여세포 유래의 생리활성물질을 내포하면서도 개질된 표면에 의해 안정성이 증가하고 암 세포 특이적 표적능을 갖는 엑소좀을 제공할 수 있다. 이에, 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 엑소좀은 암 예방, 개선, 또는 치료 용도로도 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
