Therefore, the extremely useful invention has an existing synthetic mask pack sheet manufactured by such a non-woven fabric, paper, or a hydrogel replaced with natural sea tangle which has excellent skin contacting properties and beauty caring function, has an advantage of excellent biocompatibility and moisturizing properties due to the characteristics of sea tangle which is a natural material, and not only increases the income of fishermen by promoting the consumption of sea tangle which is a main material of the mask pack sheet, but also is expected to have an effect of inventing a value-added industry.본 발명은 천연 다시마를 이용한 마스크팩의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 바다에서 채취한 천연 다시마로부터 이물질을 제거하기 위해 물로 세척하는 제1세척단계와, 바닷물을 80℃로 가열한 후 상기 세척단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 넣어 5 내지 30초 동안 데치는 데침단계와, 상기 데침단계를 거친 다시마를 수온 5 내지 15℃로 온도 조절된 바닷물에 넣어 1 내지 5분 동안 냉각시키는 냉각단계와, 상기 냉각단계를 거친 천연 다시마의 엽체에 20 내지 25%농도의 소금물을 뿌려주는 염장단계와, 상기 염장단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 1 내지 2일 동안 숙성시키는 자숙단계와, 상기 자숙단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 영하 15℃ 이하로 급랭시켜 보관하는 급랭단계와, 상기 급랭단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 1 내지 2%농도의 바닷물로 1 내지 2시간 동안 세척하는 제2세척단계와, 상기 제2세척단계를 거친 천연 다시마로부터 엽체를 분리하여 마스크 모양 및 크기로 자른 후 파손되지 않도록 건조판에 펼쳐서 일렬로 늘어 놓는 성형단계와, 상기 성형단계를 거쳐 건조판에 펼쳐진 천연 다시마를 50 내지 60℃로 온도 조절된 건조장치에서 12시간 이상 저온 건조하는 저온건조단계와, 상기 저온건조단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 80 내지 95℃로 온도 조절된 건조장치에서 6시간 이상 고온 건조하는 고온건조단계와, 상기 고온건조단계를 거친 천연 다시마를 상온에서 서서히 냉각시켜 마스크팩을 완성하는 마무리단계로 구성된다. 따라서, 기존의 부직포나 종이 또는 하이드로 겔 등에 의해 제조되는 합성 마스크 팩 시트를 피부밀착성 및 미용기능성이 우수한 천연 다시마가 대체할 수 있으며, 천연 재료인 다시마의 특성상 생체적합성 및 보습성이 탁월한 장점이 있고, 마스크 팩 시트의 주재료인 다시마의 소비촉진에 의한 어업인의 소득향상은 물론 고부가가치의 산업 창출에도 효과가 기대되는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
