The ultrasonic radiation sources are positioned so that the distance between such ultrasonic radiation sources and the milk duct wall is divisible by the ultrasound semi-wave length. The milk duct has a delivery and a discharge nipples the resonance membrane is made of elastic rubber and positioned on the cylinder so that to enable radiation penetration outside through it. The milk duct represents a semicircular tray installed round the cylinder along a helical line. . The conjugated walls of the trays are interconnected with spot welding with the ends deflected in a semicircular manner to accommodate a sealing hose made of food rubber to that to enable gas or liquid supply through the said hose. On the milk duct coils there are indentations made for creation of a turbulent flow mode and intensive stirring of the milk being treated.
