The present invention relates to a breast milk pump, and more specifically to a breast milk pump having a backflow prevention function, which stores a predetermined amount of air for a predetermined time in an air storage pouch when breast milk is sucked in and transfers the air stored in the air storage pouch to a connection tube where the sucked breast milk is gathered when the sucking action is stopped, so the breast milk is fallen into a storage container while a backflow prevention valve layer is opened easily, and thus the breast milk is prevented from being flowed backward to a main body in the breast milk pump. The breast milk pump having a backflow prevention function according to the present invention comprises: the main body having an electric motor and a vacuum pumping means installed therein； an air intake port disposed on an outer side of the main body and connected to the vacuum pumping means to allow air sucked in by the operation of the vacuum pumping means to flow into the vacuum pumping means； an exhaust port disposed on the other outer side of the main body, connected to one side of a discharge hose to discharge part of the discharged air, wherein the discharge hose is provided to discharge the sucked air to allow the vacuum pumping means to form a vacuum pressure； the air storage pouch disposed on the pipe on a lateral side of the discharge hose and formed flexibly to store part of the discharged air temporarily； a solenoid valve connected to the air intake port, the vacuum pumping means and the pipe on the lateral side of the discharge hose respectively； a control unit controlling the operation of the electric motor, the vacuum pumping means and the solenoid valve； and a collecting unit where breast milk is pumped by suction force generated by the vacuum pumping means and the breast milk is stored therein.본 발명은 모유 착유기에 관한 것으로 모유 흡입시에는 공기저장낭에 일정시간 동안 소정량의 에어를 저장하였다가 흡입정지시에는 공기저장낭에 저장된 에어를 흡입된 모유가 모여있는 연결관으로 보내 역류방지밸브막이 원활하게 열려 모유가 저장용기로 떨어질 수 있도
