PURPOSE: An ophthalmological analysis method and an analysis system are provided to easily measure intraocular pressure by changing the cornea without contact applying an air puff to the eyes. CONSTITUTION: The cornea is changed without contact by applying an air puff to the eyes. An observation system observes and records the change of the cornea. An analysis system includes an analysis device which produces intraocular pressure. The intraocular pressure is measured by using the analysis system. The images of the changed cornea are corrected in proportion to a recorded cross section image.본 발명은 분석 시스템을 이용하여 눈(11)의 안압을 측정하기 위한 안과 분석 방법 및 이러한 타입의 분석 시스템에 관한 것으로, 분석 시스템은 각막이 변형되도록 에어 퍼프(air puff)를 눈에 가하여 눈의 각막(10)을 무접촉으로 변형시키는 구동 장치, 변형 및 변형되지 않은 각막의 단면 이미지들을 기록함으로써 상기 각막의 변형을 관찰하고 기록하는 관찰 시스템 및, 상기 각막의 단면 이미지들로부터 안압을 도출하는 분석 장치를 포함하되, 상기 변형된 각막의 기록된 단면 이미지들이 변형되지 않은 각막의 기록된 단면 이미지와 비례하여 보정되고, 상기 보정을 고려하여 안압이 도출된다.
