A clamping device comprising: an inner tube rotating (110) comprising a proximal end, a distal end and at least one groove (126), the inner tube being adapted to receive one or more fasteners (140), an element of forward (130) inside the inner tube that converts rotary motion of the inner tube (110) in a force linear drive in said one or more fasteners toward the distal end of the inner tube by engaging the outer tube unrotatable by the at least one groove, characterized in that the inner tube can be loaded with at least one holder which matches the geometry of the inner tube and is broken during linear feed and at least one holder does not rotate during forward linear way.Un dispositivo de sujeción que comprende: un tubo interior rotativo (110) que comprende un extremo proximal, un extremo distal y al menos una ranura (126), estando adaptado el tubo interior para recibir una o más sujeciones (140), un elemento de avance (130) dentro del tubo interior que convierte el movimiento rotativo del tubo interior (110) en una fuerza de empuje lineal en dichas una o más sujeciones hacia el extremo distal del tubo interior mediante el acoplamiento con el tubo exterior no rotativo por medio de la al menos una ranura, caracterizado por que el tubo interior puede cargarse con al menos una sujeción que coincide con la geometría del tubo interior y de esta manera rota durante el avance lineal y al menos una sujeción que no rota durante el avance lineal.
