According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a cutting unit including multiple flesh cutting blades to separate the flesh into several pieces, multiple seed separation blades arranged along a radial direction in a surrounding position with respect to a virtual central line to separate the flesh and seeds, and receiving a fruit and a pressing unit to press the received fruit. The seed separation blade includes a second body having a predetermined area and a second blade region formed along the edge of the second body.
