The present invention relates to an injection needle removing device. The injection needle removing device includes: a sensing unit for recognizing the insertion or separation of an injection needle； separation units which start an operation in accordance with the injection needle recognition of the sensing unit and separate the injection needle from a syringe body by coming in contact with or being spaced apart while rotating in opposite direction in predetermined locations； and a housing storing the sensing unit and the separation units.
