A surgical instrument includes a first member including an inner surface defining a passageway. The first member extends between a first end that defines a first opening and a second end that defines a second opening. A second member extends between a first end and a second end. A third member extends between a first end and a second end. The second end of the third member is releasably engageable with the first end of the second member within the passageway such that the first end of the first member prevents passage of the first end of the third member through the first opening and the second end of the first member prevents passage of the second end of the second member through the second opening.
