The surface structure 100 also includes a second structure S2 which includes a resin layer 120 arranged on a second region R2 in the body 10 and a reflective layer 130 arranged on the resin layer 120. The total of the thickness of the resin layer 120 and the thickness of the reflective layer 130 in the second structure S2 is smaller than the particle diameter of the solid particles 110 included in the first structure S1.
