PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus for eyes capable of giving heat stimulation to skin around eye lids.SOLUTION: A skin treatment head 102 includes: warmth generation means 113 coolness generation means 114 a first heat supply body 130 which conducts heat generated by the warmth generation means 113 or the coolness generation means 114 to a skin surface a second heat supply body 120 which conducts heat generated by the coolness generation means 114 or the warmth generation means 113 to a skin surface. The first heat supply body 130 and the second heat supply body 120 respectively have windows 118 and 119 penetrating in the front/rear direction.
