The invention relates to building, and more particularly to means for connecting building structures. A cellular tape is configured in the form of a sleeve made of a moisture-permeable fabric or of a water-soluble or non-water-soluble film such that bonded or glued or stitched pockets are formed on both sides of the sleeve, said pockets being arranged in checkerboard fashion and being uniformly filled with a dry working mixture capable of hardening when moistened, wherein the material of the fabric or tape and also the dimensions of the pockets are selected such as to prevent collapse or movement of the working mixture in the pockets; reinforcing wires or reinforcing meshes can be incorporated into the tape in order to provide reinforcing properties; and the tape is configured such that it can be rolled up and packaged in a vapour barrier film for the purposes of transportation.
