SOLUTION: This seedling planting device is composed by installing a seedling holding tool 53 for holding the seedling during a period for moving to the field surface and rotating in the front and rear directions so as to open the lower side of the seedling when reaching the field surface in a seedling planting body 28 for planting the seedling in the field and further providing a mulching film perforating blade 53a on the outside of the seedling holding tool 53 rotating in the front and rear directions.
