Disclosed is an integrated puffing and drying machine, comprising a water tank (1), puffing cylinders (2), material cylinders (11), a vacuum pumping pipe (8), an exhaust pipe (9) and an intake pipe (10), wherein one end of the material cylinder is closed, the other end thereof is opened, the material cylinder is placed in the puffing cylinder, and small holes (12) are fully distributed on the surface of the material cylinder; the puffing cylinder is inserted into the water tank, and the front and rear ends of the puffing cylinder are exposed outside the water tank; a front sealing cover (3) and a rear sealing cover (6) are used for respectively sealing the front and rear ends of the puffing cylinder, and a connecting pipe (13) is provided at the centre of the rear sealing cover; all the rear ends of the puffing cylinders are in communication with the vacuum pumping pipe, the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe through the connecting pipes; and a water inlet pipe (4) and a water outlet pipe (5) are respectively arranged at an upper corner and a lower corner of the rear face of the water tank.
