PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing device for preventing rock of internal organs of a subject by not moving the subject in photographing the subject in a helical shuttle scan photography system and for performing continuous reciprocal photography of the subject by eliminating a pause when reversing.SOLUTION: The image photographing device performs helical shuttle scan photography of a subject M in a constant speed area N and acceleration/deceleration areas N1, N2, and includes: a stand 11 for photographing the subject M a bed 70 which mounts the subject and is inserted in the stand 11 and a mobile operation part 30 of the stand 11.
