PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope that can improve visibility with respect to a distal end electrode portion, an axial electrode, and a treatment site.SOLUTION: In the treatment instrument 10 for endoscope by embodiments, the distal end portion of a collar member 28 that is a distal end portion of a sheath 18, is formed into a tapered shape narrower toward the distal end. Since the distal end portion of the sheath 18 is formed into a tapered shape narrower toward the distal end, a part of the distal end portion (collar member 28) of the sheath 18 that appears in an observation image becomes reduced in size. Therefore, it is possible to observe the whole of the axial electrode 24 for instance. The sheath 18 makes it possible to observe the distal end electrode portion 12, the axial electrode 24, and the treatment site that can not be observed according to the angle of observation since observation thereof is hindered by the distal end portion of the sheath 1. Therefore, according to the treatment instrument 10 for an endoscope, visibility with respect to the distal end electrode portion 12, the axial electrode 24, and the treatment site can be improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、先端電極部、軸状電極、処置箇所の視認性を向上させることができる内視鏡用処置具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】実施の形態の内視鏡用処置具10によれば、シース18の先端部である、カラー部材28の先端部を先細のテーパ状に形成している。このように、シース18の先端部を先細のテーパ状に形成すると、観察像に映るシース18の先端部(カラー部材28)が小さくなるため、例えば、軸状電極24の全体が観察できるようになる。また、観察角度によっては、シース1の先端部に邪魔されて先端電極部12、軸状電極24、処置箇所が観察できない場合があるが、実施の形態のシース18によれば、先端電極部12、軸状電極24、処置箇所を観察できる。したがって、実施の形態の内視鏡用処置具10によれば、先端電極部12、軸状電極24、処置箇所の視認性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
