PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope which can easily capture a guide wire in the body and move it.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument for an endoscope has: a tube-shaped sheath； a wire inserted in the sheath； an end part which has a shape continuing from a base end connected to a wire distal end that is one of end parts and is a distal end of the wire to an end to be the other end part； and a grip which has an operation part for relatively moving the wire to the sheath in a wire extension direction, exposing the end part from a sheath distal end to be a distal end of the sheath and moving it, and a grip to which the sheath and a proximal end of the wire are connected.
