PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: an outer structure or a collar of a catheter is exposed, so that a tip of the inserted catheter may collide with an inner wall of a blood vessel, and the inner wall of the blood vessel may be damaged if the outer structure is removed from the collar due to the collision.SOLUTION: The catheter 1 includes an end chip 3 formed on the distal end, a catheter body 2 having the end chip 3 and a shaft tube 4, a metal tube 5 inserted in the end chip 3, and first resin tubes 6 located at both ends of the metal tube 5. The metal tube 5 and the first resin tube 6 are covered with the second resin tube 7.
