An oil-soluble pharmaceutical composition, comprising a content and an outer wrapping material, wherein the content is an oil solution made from an oil-soluble drug and an auxiliary material, the auxiliary material is a non-polar solvent and solubilizer, the non-polar solvent is a vegetable oil, animal oil or polyoxyethylene 40 hydrocastor oil, and the solubilizer is isopropyl myristate and/or ethyl oleate, Tween, polyethylene glycol 400, and polyethylene glycol 600.
