PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition composed of the extracts of a plurality of crude drugs, which causes reduced side-effects and has high safety while exhibiting an excellent antibacterial action and has urease inhibitory activity, and a pharmaceutical preparation comprising the pharmaceutical composition.SOLUTION: The composition for urease activity inhibition comprises at least one or more kinds selected from an A group consisting of swertiamarin, its ester, its physiologically admissible salt and their hydrates as an active ingredient.
