The present utility model refers to a longitudinal intraoral positioner of radiographs (pr) (1) that allows subsequent images to be taken with the same geometric position； it allows geometric standardization between the positioner and the x-ray machine. and between the positioner and the radiographic area, allowing to reproduce, in geometric terms, a periapical or interproximal dental radiograph at different times, but with the differential of maintaining a fixed coordinate system over time. It also allows the radiographs generated to be analyzed by radiographic subtraction, fractal analysis, or any other technique that identifies very subtle changes that may occur over time in the oral cavity during the radiographic interval, without can be detected by the human eye.posicionador intra-oral padronizador longitudinal de radiografias. o presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a um posicionador intra-oral padronizador longitudinal de radiografias (pr) (1) que permite realizar imagens subsequentes com mesma posição geométrica, o mesmo permite a padronização geométrica entre o posicionador e o aparelho de raios-x e entre o posicionador e a área radiografada, permitindo reproduzir, em termos geométricos uma radiografia periapical ou interproximal odontológica em momentos diferentes, mas com o diferencial de manter um sistema de coordenadas fixo ao longo do tempo. além disso, permite que as radiografias geradas possam ser analisadas por meio da técnica de subtração radiográfica, de análise fractal, ou qualquer outra que identifique mudanças muito sutis que possam ocorrer ao longo do tempo na cavidade oral durante o intervalo das radiografias, sem que as mesmas possam ser detectadas pelo olho humano.
