PURPOSE: An image detector is provided to remove noise caused by imperfect penetration and to reduce the degradation of resolution caused by glare by patterning scintillators and coating the same with reflective substances. CONSTITUTION: An image detector utilizes a differential phase image technology using an analysis grid(100). The analysis grid includes a substrate(120). Scintillators(110) converting invisible rays into visible rays are periodically arranged inside or outside of the substrate.미분위상영상기술을 이용한 격자 간섭계를 위한 영상계측기가 제공된다. 해석격자를 구비하는 미분위상영상기술을 이용한 영상계측기에 있어서, 상기 해석격자는 기판을 포함하며, 상기 기판 내부 혹은 외부에 비가시광선을 가시광선으로 바꾸어주는 섬광체가 주기적으로 배열된다. 이에 따라, 흡수물질에 따른 불완전한 투과에 의한 노이즈를 없앨 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 영상계측기의 해상도를 높이고, 고가의 차폐물질을 사용하지 않아도 되기 때문에 경제성이 높아질 수 있다.
