PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coated powder that is less likely to have the coating of an organic compound peeled during use and has superior long-period dispersion stability.SOLUTION: Coated powder is formed which has a first heat fixed coating of an organic compound formed on at least a part of a powder surface and a second heat fixed coating of an organic compound formed on at least a part of the first heat fixed coating.
