PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation apparatus for sterilizing a stand pouch which can effectively sterilize the stand pouch with a structure bent into a &Sigma-shape, and can economically be manufactured by a linear simple constitution.
SOLUTION: As an electron beam generating means for sterilizing a pouch semi-fabricated product 1 transferred in an irradiation room 10 from one side to the other side during transfer, a main irradiating means 11 provided in the irradiation room and for irradiating the whole face of the pouch semi-fabricated product 1 with electron beams, and an auxiliary irradiating means 12 for irradiating the bent end face 1A of the pouch semi-fabricated product 1 with the electron beams are used.
