As a transdermal absorption formulation having excellent drug skin permeability, the transdermal absorption formulation capable of uniformly dispersing a drug in a formulation and maintaining a uniform dispersion of the drug is provided. Specifically the transdermal absorption formulation has a plaster layer containing the drug, a polymer, and a pH modifier, wherein the polymer contains a polymer having a specific glass transition temperature of 30 to 200°C and a surface of the plaster layer has a pH of 6.7 to 10.0.우수한 약물 피부 투과성을 갖는 경피 흡수형 제제로서, 제제 내에 약물을 균일하게 분산시키고 약물의 균일한 분산 상태를 유지할 수 있는 경피 흡수형 제제가 제공된다.약물, 폴리머 및 pH 조절제를 함유하는 첩부제 층을 갖는 경피 흡수형 제제로서, 전술한 폴리머가 30℃ ∼ 200℃의 특정한 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 폴리머를 포함하고, 첩부제 층의 표면이 6.7 ∼ 10.0의 pH를 갖는 것인 경피 흡수형 제제가 제공된다.
