PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of file management, and facilitate a correction work when endoscope images for plural inspections are associated with one inspection order.SOLUTION: An endoscope operation support device 30 comprises an image acquisition part 323, in which the image acquisition part acquires an endoscope image which is imaged in an endoscope inspection which is executed based on an inspection order, from an endoscope system. An order processing part 324 associates the acquired endoscope image with a corresponding inspection order which is stored in an order storage part 331. When an endoscope image to be associated with other inspection order is present in plural endoscope images which are associated with certain inspection order, an image division processing part 325 estimates a change point of the inspection in the plural endoscope images arranged in an imaging order, based on imaging time and/or scope information of each of the plural endoscope images, and presents a candidate of the endoscope image to be associated with other inspection order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
