PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude control apparatus of a reaping implement, which excellently performs a reaping operation when the reaping operation is performed in a state in which standing stalks are lodged.SOLUTION: A reaping part 2 equipped with a raising apparatus 7 for raising standing stalks to a standing position is liftably and lowerably arranged by a lifting and lowering operation means C1.
