The mechatronic hand rehabilitation device shall be connected to the computer by means of a two-way magistral and shall contain a base (1) and at least one rehabilitation module (3). On the basis of (1), at least one rail (2) shall be placed,on which at least one rehabilitation module (3) is placed,which contains a guiding element (4) containing a horizontal wall and a vertical wall. The conductor (4) at the bottom of the horizontal wall shall have at least one conductor,and on the wall of the vertical leading element (4) is the first rotating module to which the mobile base is attached (5). Inside this mobile base (5) there is at least one first drive module (7) with an attachment shaft (8),which is carried out outside the mobile base (5).Urządzenie mechatroniczne do rehabilitacji ręki połączone jest z komputerem za pomocą dwukierunkowej magistrali i zawiera podstawę (1) oraz co najmniej jeden moduł rehabilitacyjny (3). Na podstawie (1) umieszczona jest co najmniej jedna szyna (2), na której umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden moduł rehabilitacyjny (3), który zawiera element prowadzący (4) zawierający ściankę poziomą i ściankę pionową. Element prowadzący (4) w spodniej części ścianki poziomej posiada co najmniej jedną prowadnicę, a na ściance pionowej elementu prowadzącego (4) jest pierwszy moduł obrotowy, do którego zamocowana jest baza ruchoma (5). Wewnątrz tej bazy ruchomej (5) jest co najmniej jeden pierwszy moduł napędowy (7) z wałkiem mocującym (8), który wyprowadzony jest na zewnątrz bazy ruchomej (5).
