PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the volume in a volumetric measurement.SOLUTION: This boiled rice volume measuring equipment has a pair of first side regulating parts 13-1 provided so as to be approachable and separable to and from each other, a supply part 13 provided with a pair of s second side regulating parts 13-2 provided so as to be approachable and separable to and from each other, cooperating with the first side regulating parts 13-1, and a measuring basin 11 provided with a frame body 11a of which the upper and lower parts are open and a shutter 11b for permitting the feeding of the boiled rice from the supply part 13 above the frame body 11a and with the volume adjusting plate 11c for opening and closing the lower opening part of the frame body 11a below the frame body 11a which moves relatively to the frame body 11a, and measures and divides the fed boiled rice.
