A method for manufacturing the food composition comprises: a step of refining cocoon or silk waste to remove sericin； a step of washing and dehydrating the refined material and drying； a step of neutralizing the material using 33% sodium hydroxide solution and stirring for 4 hours； a step of reverse-neutralizing at pH7.4-7.6； a step of decoloring and deodorizing； and a step of filtering, desalting, concentrating, and drying.본 발명은 누에고치 또는 부잠사를 정련하여 세리신을 제거한 후, 1차 중화 및 역중화를 통하여 제조한 면역력 증강, 암 예방 및 개선용 조성물에 대한 것이다.
