<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooling a neck part using a frozen cold insulation agent-enclosed neckcloth towel where the neckcloth towel is washable, and a frozen cold insulation agent is usable for drastically elongated period of time when cooling the neck part. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for cooling a neck part using a neckcloth towel (3) where a cold insulation agent (1) is enclosed, includes: putting the frozen cold insulation agent (1) and the heat insulating sheet into the neckcloth towel in layers； or putting the frozen cold insulating agent (1) into a heat insulating cover (4) followed by putting the frozen cold insulating agent together with the cover into the neckcloth towel (3).
