PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus that reduces patients burden while maintaining efficiency of procedure in a 3D load map.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 relating to the embodiment has a first imaging system F and a second imaging system L. A C-arm holding device 121 holds a C-arm 12F rotatably. An Ω-arm holding device 125 holds an Ω-arm 12L rotatably. An imaging control part 23 controls the first imaging system F, the second imaging system L, the C-arm holding device 121 and the Ω-arm holding device 125. A reconstruction part 33 generates data about reconstruction images on the basis of multiple pieces of first projection data collected by the first imaging system F and multiple pieces of second projection data collected by the second imaging system L.
