The present invention relates to a wheelchair transfering base which adopts the wheelchair chassis as a base platform to connect the detachable seat thereon. The detachable seat also is a portion of hospital bed and a portion of car seat. When moving a patient, the patient and the systematic seat can be moved together by withdrawing from hospital bed to be combined with the wheelchair and then be moved to combine with the corresponding seat system of car again. Thereby, the process of transferring patient is done, which is easy and labor-saving.本發明輪椅轉換基座，其係採行輪椅底盤為基座平台，相互銜接其上之分離座椅，此座椅又分別各為病床與汽車座椅之一部分。當要移動病患時，只要將患者連同系統座椅自病床上抽離，與輪椅結合後，在通往汽車對應的座椅系統結合即可完成，簡單省力。
