PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric bed capable of changing a holding angle in lifting/lowering a leg bottom even if a user lies on the bed.SOLUTION: The electric bed includes switch means 40 switching a state of posture change of a bottom 20. The switch means 40 switches modes in lifting a connection position between a knee bottom 23 and a leg bottom 24 between: a leg lifting mode lifting the connection position while keeping the leg bottom 24 generally horizontally； and a knee standing mode lifting the connection position without lifting a side facing the connection position of the leg bottom 24. The switch means 40 includes: a support member 41 attached rotatably on a rear surface of the leg bottom 24； a rail 42 guiding tip parts 41c, 41d of the support member 41 when the connection position between the knee bottom 23 and leg bottom 24 is lifted； and a blocker 46 switching a movement of the tip parts 41c, 41d of the support member 41 on the rail 42 between blockage and passing.【課題】利用者が寝ている状態であっても足ボトムの昇降時における保持角度を変更できる電動ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】ボトム２０の姿勢変更の態様を切り替える切替機構４０を備え、切替機構４０は、膝ボトム２３と足ボトム２４との連結箇所が上昇するときに、足ボトム２４を略水平に維持したまま連結箇所を上昇させる足上げモードと、足ボトム２４のうち、連結箇所と対向する辺を上昇させることなく連結箇所を上昇させる膝立てモードとを切り替え、切替機構４０には、足ボトム２４の裏面に回動可能に取り付けられた支持部材４１と、膝ボトム２３と足ボトム２４との連結箇所が上昇したときにおける支持部材４１の先端部４１ｃ及び４１ｄの移動をガイドするレール４２と、レール４２における支持部材４１の先端部４１ｃ及び４１ｄの移動を遮断するか、通過させるかを切り替える遮断機４６とが含まれる。【選択図】図３
