PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-out mechanism which improves take-out precision of a seedling.SOLUTION: A take-out device 200 includes a push-out mechanism 280 pushing out a transplant object. The push-out mechanism 280 includes a push-out rod 281 including a notch 281b. When the push-out rod 281 performs push-out motion, tips of a pair of take-out jaws 261L, 261R pass through the notch 281b. The push-out rod 281 is flat on an upper part. The pair of take-out jaws 261L, 261R are plate-shaped. The push-out rod 281 covers an upper part of tips 261Lp, 261Rp of the pair of take-out jaws 261L, 261R.
