To provide a powdery solid cosmetic that exhibits unprecedentedly high effects in moist feeling, spreadability ON application, and gloss and a transparent feeling after application and is excellent in impact resistance and designability of external appearances.
SOLUTION: The powdery solid cosmetic comprises the following components (a)-(e): (A) boron nitride having an average particle size of 9-25 &mu m and (B) vaseline, (C) an ester oil, (D) a metallic soap and (E) a glass flake having an average particle size of 65-180 &mu m, wherein the mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (D) and (A): (D), is 3:1 to 15:1.
