PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boron nitride powder for cosmetics, having exceedingly improved cold sense and transparent feeling (bare skin feeling) by using a BN powder for cosmetics excellent "heat conductivity", "elongation" and "keeping" compared with conventional one.SOLUTION: A boron nitride powder has an average major diameter of primary particles of 3 to 20 μm, an aspect ratio of the primary particles (major diameter/thickness) of 5 to 20, an average value of thickness of 0.1 μm or more and oil absorption amount of 100 ml/100 g to 500 ml/100 g.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来に比べて「熱伝導率」、「のび」および「もち」に優れた化粧料用のBN粉末を使用することにより、冷感や透明感(素肌感)を格段に向上させた化粧料用の窒化ホウ素粉末を提供する。【解決手段】BNの一次粒子の平均長径を3~20μm、かつ該一次粒子のアスペクト比(長径/厚さ)を5~20、厚さの平均値を0.1μm以上とし、さらに吸油量を100ml/100g~500ml/100gとする。【選択図】図1
