The invention relates to a novel method for incorporating at least one hydrosoluble active agent into a hydrophilic polymer foam. The method allows the production of especially a hydrophilic polyurethane foam having a gradient of active agents. This method is especially useful in the production of hydrophilic polyurethane foams for medical, cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic purposes.La présente invention consiste en un nouveau procédé d'incorporation d'un ou plusieurs agents actifs hydrosolubles dans une mousse polymère hydrophile. Ledit procédé permet d'obtenir notamment une mousse polyuréthane hydrophile présentant un gradient d'agents actifs. Ce procédé est particulièrement utile à la fabrication de mousses polyuréthane hydrophiles à destinées médicales, cosmétiques et dermo-cosmétiques.
