MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FERMENTED COMPOSITION OF AMNIOTIC FLUID OF STURGEON, FERMENTED COMPOSITION OF AMNIOTIC FLUID OF STURGEON OBTAINED THEREFROM AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to: a method for producing a composition of amniotic fluid of a sturgeon； a composition of amniotic fluid of a sturgeon obtained therefrom； and a cosmetic composition including the same. The method includes: (1) a sterilization step of sterilizing amniotic fluid of a sturgeon； and (2) a fermentation step of fermenting the amniotic fluid, sterilized in the sterilization step, after inoculating the 100 parts by weight of the sterilized amniotic fluid with 0.1-5 parts by weight of active dry yeast. In addition the present invention provides a fermentation composition of amniotic fluid of a sturgeon and a cosmetic composition including the same.본 발명은 철갑상어의 양수 발효 조성물의 제조방법, 이로부터 수득되는 철갑상어의 양수 발효 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 철갑상어의 양수 발효 조성물의 제조방법은 (1) 철갑상어의 양수를 멸균처리하는 멸균처리단계； 및 (2) 상기 멸균처리단계에서 멸균처리된 철갑상어의 양수 100중량부에 활성건조효모 0.1 내지 5중량부를 접종시킨 후, 발효시키는 발효단계；를 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 제조방법에 의하여 수득되는 철갑상어의 양수 발효 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.
