The present invention relates to a stable liquid pharmaceutical preparation for an anti-influenza virus antibody and, more specifically, to a stable liquid pharmaceutical preparation, which contains: (A) an anti-influenza virus antibody or a mixture of two or more different types of anti-influenza virus antibodies； (B) a surfactant； (C) a sugar or a sugar derivative； and (D) an amino acid. The stable liquid pharmaceutical preparation for an anti-influenza virus antibody of the present invention has excellent storage stability at low temperature (5°C), room temperature (25°C), and high temperature (40°C) and excellent long-term (12 months) storage stability, and can be administered intravenously, intramuscularly, intradermally, subcutaneously, intraperitoneal-locally, or in combinations thereof.본 발명은 항-인플루엔자 바이러스 항체의 안정한 액체 약제학적 제제에 관한 것으로보다 상세하게는 (A) 항-인플루엔자 바이러스 항체 또는 서로 다른 2가지 이상의 항-인플루엔자 바이러스 항체 혼합물； (B) 계면활성제； (C) 당 또는 당의 유도체； 및 (D) 아미노산을 포함하는 안정한 액체 약제학적 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항-인플루엔자 바이러스 항체의 안정한 액체 약제학적 제제는 저온(5 ℃), 상온(25 ℃), 및 고온(40 ℃) 보관 안정성과 장기간(12개월) 보관 안정성이 우수하며, 정맥내, 근육내, 피내, 피하내, 복막내 국소, 또는 이의 조합된 투여가 가능하다.
