PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present exercise information including exercise intensity for weight reduction suitable for a person to be measured.SOLUTION: The weight of the person to be measured and the weight measurement time and date are input into a pedometer. The pedometer stores the weight data in which the input weight is associated with the measurement time and date. The date of exercise done by the person to be measured and the exercise intensity are also input, and the exercise data in which the input exercise intensity is associated with the time and date of exercise are stored. Exercise information acquisition part 12 acquires exercise information including the exercise intensity for losing weight from a change in weight with measurement time and date based on the weight data and a change in exercise intensity with time and date of exercise based on the exercise data.
