The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders comprising peptide derived from Chlamidomonas sp. as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders, which inhibits proliferation and transfer of stomach cancer epithelial cells infected by Helicobacter pylori by using active peptide obtained by hydrolyzing Chlamidomonas sp. with microorganisms. The active peptide of the present invention combines EGFR which is infected by Helicobacter pylori and is activated and inhibits tyrosine kinase activity of EGFR, and effectively inhibits proliferation and transfer of stomach cancer epithelial cells, thereby effectively treating or preventing gastrointestinal disorders.본 발명은 클라미도모나스 유래 활성 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 위장 질환 치료 및 예방용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 클라미도모나스를 미생물로 가수분해하여 수득한 활성 펩타이드를 이용하여 헬리코박터 파이로리균에 감염된 위암 상피 세포의 증식 및 이동을 억제하는 위장 질환 치료 및 예방용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 활성 펩타이드는 헬리코박터 파이로리균에 감염되어 활성화된 EGFR에 결합하여 EGFR의 티로신 키나아제 활성을 저해함으로써 위암 상피 세포의 증식 및 이동을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는바, 위장 질환의 치료 또는 예방에 효과적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.
