PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mucous membrane conditioning material by kneading a powder material and a liquid material, with high operability and handling immediately after kneading, and capability in forming a sufficiently thick layer on the mucous membrane of a denture base, and maintaining the thickness for a long period, and further with high tearing strength, so that it can be used for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The mucous membrane conditioning material layer with a sufficient thickness can be formed by blending a porous organic crosslinking polymer with a (meth)acrylic non-crosslinking polymer particles and a plasticizer, thereby suppressing initial viscosity of the mucous membrane conditioning material resulting in the elevation of operability and a handling property immediately after kneading, and moderately increasing the viscosity of the mucous membrane conditioning material after serving on an artificial tooth. Furthermore, the high tearing strength is developed and the thickness is maintained over long period because the polymer component and the plasticizer component in the mucous membrane conditioning material are permeated and kept in the fine pores of the porous organic crosslinking polymer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】粉材と液材とを練和する粘膜調整材において、練和直後の操作性及び取扱い性が高く、かつ十分な厚さで義歯床の粘膜面に層形成でき、長期間に亘って厚さが保持され、さらに引き裂き強度が高く、長期間使用することができる粘膜調整材を提供する。【解決手段】(メタ)アクリル系非架橋ポリマー粒子及び可塑剤に加え、多孔質有機架橋ポリマーを配合すると、粘膜調整材の初期粘度が抑制されて練和直後の操作性及び取扱い性が向上するとともに、義歯へ盛り付け後は粘膜調整材の粘度が適度に上昇して、十分な厚さで粘膜調整材層を形成できる。さらに、粘膜調整材中のポリマー成分と可塑剤成分とが、多孔質有機架橋ポリマーの細孔内に浸透して保持されるため、高い引き裂き強度を有するとともに長期間に亘って厚さが維持される。【選択図】なし
